On Saturday, 20th June 2026, Eternal Brothers Club took to the streets of Abakaliki for a health walk centered on wellness, unity, and intentional living.
The walk began at Pa Oruta Ngele Stadium and followed a vibrant route through Udensi Roundabout, Waterworks, Nkwogu Street, and Ojeowere, before returning to the stadium. Throughout the journey, members were joined by their spouses, creating a powerful display of family, community, and shared commitment to healthy living.Beyond the physical activity, the health walk delivered significant benefits.

Regular walking is known to improve cardiovascular health, strengthen endurance, support weight management, enhance joint mobility, and reduce the risk of lifestyle-related conditions such as hypertension and diabetes. It also promotes mental wellbeing by reducing stress, improving mood, and encouraging open conversation in a relaxed environment.
For Eternal Brothers Club, the experience reinforced something deeper than exercise. It strengthened bonds among members and their families, encouraged accountability, and fostered a culture of consistency in prioritizing health.
This initiative reflects our ongoing commitment: to build healthier men, stronger families, and a more intentional community grounded in wellness and brotherhood.
